They both have the identical problem with the Apple TV app. They work nice for awhile then they freeze. I actually have tried all the methods listed above but nothing helps.

My Samsung smart television is over 5 years old and it does not have the Apple app. However, I tried using the TV browser and going to Apple TV+ and signing in but the screen doesn’t progress out of the sign in one. Thus, I can’t watch it in that unit. Would be nice if Roku and Apple can comment on this concern as it is taking place to so many of us using the Roku system to download the Apple TV App.
